Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and smoothies.
- Maintain a pristine and welcoming environment, adhering to all health and safety standards.
- Interact with customers to take orders accurately and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash transactions with precision.
- Stock inventory and ensure the coffee bar is fully equipped throughout the shift.
- Follow recipes and quality standards to ensure every cup is perfect.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and inventory.
