Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee drinks (espresso, lattes, pour-overs) using premium beans and techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Maintain spotless station cleanliness and adhere to strict food safety protocols
- Process transactions accurately via POS systems while maintaining cash accountability
- Collaborate with team to optimize workflows during peak hours
- Support inventory management and restocking of coffee, pastries, and supplies

Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months barista or food service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and flavor profiles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Flexible availability including weekends, early mornings, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
