Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of event venues, ensuring all decor and equipment are arranged according to specifications.
- Greet and welcome guests with a professional, high-energy attitude, directing them to various areas of the venue.
- Monitor event areas to ensure guest safety and adherence to venue policies.
- Distribute event materials, programs, or merchandise to attendees in an organized manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving any guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with event managers and other staff members to ensure a smooth flow of operations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous experience in event staffing, hospitality, or customer service is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation to and from event locations.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours) in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
