Responsibilities
- Greeting & Seating: Welcome guests with a professional demeanor and manage seating arrangements at VIP events.
- Event Operations: Assist with the setup and breakdown of event logistics, including signage, barricades, and audio-visual equipment.
- Crowd Control: Monitor event areas to ensure safety protocols are followed and manage crowd flow efficiently.
- Brand Representation: Represent client brands with high energy, handing out promotional materials and engaging attendees.
- Information Desk: Provide exceptional customer service by answering attendee inquiries and directing guests.
- Vendor Coordination: Communicate effectively with venue staff and event coordinators to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Reliability: Must have a consistent track record of attendance and punctuality.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk extensively, and lift light objects (up to 20 lbs).
- Professional Appearance: Must adhere to a dress code and maintain a neat, professional appearance.
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or event staffing is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level roles.
