Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a professional, enthusiastic demeanor to ensure a positive first impression.
- Assist with event setup, including furniture arrangement, decoration, and technical equipment checks.
- Monitor event areas to ensure safety compliance and manage crowd flow effectively.
- Process tickets, badges, and check-in procedures with accuracy and speed.
- Engage with attendees to promote brand initiatives and collect valuable feedback.
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve any on-site issues promptly.
- Assist with breakdown and cleanup of the venue after the event concludes.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable transportation to and from various event locations in Lubbock.
- Ability to stand, walk, and work in various weather conditions for extended periods.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with diverse audiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as event schedules dictate.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning tickets or checking in guests.
- Willingness to undergo a background check as required by venue partners.
