- Manage crowd control and direct guests to various sections of the venue.
- Scan tickets and provide information to attendees at entry points.
- Collaborate with the event management team to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the event.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from event venues.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
- Must be available for weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
