Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests at venue entrances with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Direct attendees to their designated areas and provide event information.
- Maintain a high level of visibility and crowd control to ensure safety and order.
- Assist with event setup, including decorating, signage, and furniture arrangement.
- Monitor the event floor for any operational issues and report them to management.
- Collect tickets or badges and ensure proper verification procedures are followed.
- Perform light cleaning and reset areas between shifts or events.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or event staffing is a plus but not required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (typically 4-6 hours) with comfort.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly with diverse groups.
- Reliable transportation to and from event venues.
- Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays as required by event schedules.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
