Responsibilities
- Greet & Direct: Welcome guests warmly and provide directions to ensure a smooth arrival experience.
- Crowd Management: Monitor event spaces to ensure safety, enforce venue policies, and manage entry lines efficiently.
- Registration Support: Assist with ticket scanning, badge printing, and check-in processes for VIPs and attendees.
- Event Setup & Breakdown: Help set up signage, furniture, and decorations before events and assist with breakdown and cleaning after hours.
- Customer Service: Act as the face of the brand, answering questions and addressing guest concerns with a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Professionalism: Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse groups of people.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Age: Must be at least 21 years old for most roles.
