Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a smile, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage entry points, ticketing, and crowd control efficiently.
- Distribute promotional materials and merchandise to attendees.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of event decor, signage, and equipment.
- Answer attendee inquiries and direct them to appropriate areas.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization at the event venue.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable transportation to and from event locations.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (3-8 hours).
- Previous experience in customer service or event staffing is a plus.
- Willingness to work weekends, nights, and holidays as required.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
