Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, including signage, furniture, and decorations.
- Monitor crowd flow and maintain a safe, organized environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving issues efficiently.
- Operate ticket scanners, manage lines, and distribute merchandise.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during events.
- Collaborate with the event team to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (4+ hours).
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or event staffing is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and occasional night shifts.
- Reliable transportation to and from event venues.
- Professional appearance and adherence to dress codes.
