Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk reception area, greeting all visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel with a professional demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and professionally handle all incoming phone calls and inquiries.
- Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
- Perform light administrative duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Handle cash handling tasks and petty cash reconciliation accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, conference rooms, and reception area.
- Monitor building access control systems and security protocols during evening hours.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or administrative certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional receptionist or administrative support experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished phone manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work evenings (typically 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM).
