Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all evening visitors and clients.
- Answer and direct multi-line phone calls efficiently while maintaining professional phone etiquette.
- Greet guests upon arrival, sign them in, and provide directions or assistance as needed.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and faxes promptly.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in our CRM and scheduling software.
- Handle cash handling and petty cash reconciliation for the evening shift.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing and preparing meeting room setups.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk assistant, or administrative support role.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and occasional weekends.
- Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
