Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet all visitors and clients warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Communication: Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly, taking accurate messages when necessary.
- Mail & Packages: Sort, distribute, and log incoming mail and package deliveries for the evening staff.
- Administrative Support: Assist with basic data entry, filing, and maintaining digital and physical records.
- Facilities: Monitor the lobby and common areas to ensure they remain clean, organized, and safe.
- Access Control: Manage the check-in/check-out process for employees and guests, including badge management.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with evening vendors and service providers as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
