We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Evening Receptionist to join our front-line team. Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome Guests: Provide a warm, professional, and friendly welcome to all visitors and clients arriving at our facility during evening hours.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage incoming calls, route messages, and handle correspondence efficiently to ensure seamless communication.
- Visitor Management: Sign in guests, issue visitor badges, and coordinate access to the building in accordance with our security protocols.
- Administrative Support: Perform light data entry, maintain the reception area in pristine condition, and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Event Coordination: Assist in setting up and breaking down meeting spaces for evening events, ensuring all equipment is functioning correctly.
- Customer Service: Address inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings, specifically from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Monday through Friday).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new property management software.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
