Responsibilities
- Unloading & Processing: Safely receive and unload merchandise from delivery trucks, verifying against packing lists.
- Merchandising & Display: Stock shelves and display units, rotate stock to ensure FIFO (First-In, First-Out) practices.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse/sales floor environment.
- Equipment Operation: Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and alert management to replenish low-inventory items.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items are properly tagged and priced.
Qualifications
- Shift Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM).
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a history of punctuality and dependability.
- Basic Math: Proficiency in basic arithmetic for inventory counting and pricing.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with fellow employees and supervisors.
