The Role:
As an Early Morning Stocker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is organized, clean, and fully stocked before we open our doors to customers. You will be responsible for preparing the sales floor for the day, managing inventory levels, and maintaining a welcoming environment for our shoppers.

Responsibilities
- Stocking & Shelving: Receive, unpack, and organize merchandise onto shelves and displays according to planograms.
- Inventory Management: Rotate stock to ensure product freshness and check for damaged goods.
- Store Preparation: Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and ready for customers before opening.
- Receiving: Assist in unloading delivery trucks and verifying incoming shipments.
- Customer Assistance: Provide friendly support to customers regarding product locations and availability.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and a commitment to showing up on time.
- Experience: Previous retail or stocking experience is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Basic ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
