Responsibilities
- Merchandising: Restock shelves and displays accurately according to company standards and planograms.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom and sales floor.
- Inventory: Assist with cycle counts, inventory management, and receiving shipments.
- Equipment: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Quality Control: Remove damaged or expired products and ensure product freshness.
Qualifications
- Schedule: Availability to work early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Experience: Previous retail or stocking experience is a plus, but we provide training.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy for scanning items and logging inventory.
