Responsibilities
- Restock shelves and product displays to ensure a fully stocked and organized retail environment.
- Rotate stock according to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) protocols to maintain product quality.
- Perform daily cleaning and organization of the stockroom, aisles, and loading docks.
- Assist in inventory counts and report discrepancies to management immediately.
- Ensure proper signage and pricing accuracy across the sales floor.
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physical stamina to lift, push, and pull merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners or point-of-sale systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
