Responsibilities
- Stock and organize merchandise in assigned areas using provided equipment (carts, ladders, pallet jacks)
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain clean and safe work environment following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with overnight crew for seamless transition
- Operate powered equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to company stocking standards and visual merchandising guidelines
- Assist with receiving and processing shipments when needed
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM shifts with reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Comfortable operating manual and powered equipment (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset
- Must pass background check and drug screening
