Responsibilities
- Receive and Unload: Safely receive and unload merchandise deliveries to the back of the store.
- Stock Shelves: Organize and stock shelves with products, ensuring accurate pricing and placement.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies immediately.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor and stockrooms clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Customer Assistance: Assist customers in locating items and provide a friendly shopping experience.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment safely.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Reliability: A strong work history and punctuality record.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions and ensure product presentation standards are met.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Teamwork: Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
