Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality espresso drinks and specialty beverages according to standard recipes.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide personalized recommendations.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently and handle cash transactions with precision.
- Maintain a pristine coffee bar, including cleaning equipment, milk steamers, and counters.
- Restock ingredients, cups, and supplies to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
- Assist with food preparation and plating as needed.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous barista or coffee shop experience preferred but not required for enthusiastic learners.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso machines, and milk texturing techniques.
