Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and cold brews.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and Point of Sale (POS) systems with precision and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting coffee bar and dining area at all times.
- Interact with customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Restock ingredients, milk, syrups, and disposables to ensure seamless service.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to manage daily operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food service/hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, milk steaming, and latte art is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
