Responsibilities
- Brew and serve a variety of high-quality espresso drinks, teas, and pastries with precision and speed.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and welcoming cafe environment at all times.
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and build lasting relationships.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Follow strict recipes, brewing standards, and health safety guidelines.
- Assist in inventory management, restocking supplies, and cleaning duties.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a high-volume coffee shop or fast-paced food service environment.
- Knowledge of espresso machines, brewing methods, and latte art techniques is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs safely.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
