Responsibilities
- Expertly craft high-quality espresso beverages, cold brews, and specialty drinks with precision and artistry.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels valued and welcomed in a luxury setting.
- Maintain a pristine and organized workspace, strictly adhering to health and safety standards.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently and handle transactions with accuracy.
- Assist in inventory management and restock supplies during designated downtime.
- Clean and sanitize equipment daily to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Collaborate with the team to create seasonal drinks and maintain menu consistency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional barista experience in a high-volume, upscale establishment.
- Experience with commercial espresso machines (e.g., La Marzocco, Synesso, Lucid).
- Strong knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs regularly.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts.
- Valid Food Handler's Card (or willingness to obtain).
