Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Vision: Develop and communicate a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with business goals, focusing on scalability, security, and innovation.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies (e.g., AI, Blockchain, Green Tech) to determine feasibility and strategic value.
- AI Integration: Lead the strategic deployment of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning across enterprise departments to automate workflows and enhance decision-making.
- R&D Leadership: Establish and manage partnerships with research institutions and tech startups to pilot experimental technologies.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into business value for C-suite executives and board members.
- Change Management: Drive the cultural and operational shift required to adopt new technologies effectively.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all futuristic initiatives adhere to data privacy regulations and ethical AI standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Executive Consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and anticipate industry trends leading up to 2026.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI, Cloud Architecture, and Cybersecurity trends.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
