Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and engineering leadership roles.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale systems under tight deadlines.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, with a strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks.
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
