Responsibilities
- Strategic Foresight: Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (AI, Bio-tech, Space Tech) to forecast trends relevant to the 2026 market landscape.
- Roadmap Development: Define and communicate a multi-year technology roadmap that aligns with the company's long-term vision and business goals.
- Innovation Leadership: Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype and validate cutting-edge concepts before mass adoption.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex future scenarios and technical strategies to executive leadership and investors in a clear, compelling manner.
- R&D Budgeting: Oversee the allocation of resources for experimental projects and emerging tech acquisitions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in tech strategy, R&D management, or product leadership within a Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environment.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of identifying disruptive technologies and successfully integrating them into business models.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex technical data into strategic business insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Futurist Perspective: Deep understanding of emerging trends, specifically in Generative AI and Extended Reality (XR).
