Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning AI capabilities with business goals.

- Identify and mitigate risks associated with future tech adoption and digital transformation.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Establish ethical guidelines and compliance frameworks for AI deployment.
- Pilot and prototype cutting-edge solutions to validate feasibility before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology roles, with a focus on AI and Future Tech.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of machine learning architectures, NLP, and predictive analytics.
- Experience with blockchain or quantum computing concepts is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
