Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap for Enterprise Operations, focusing on AI integration and automation.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design and deployment of autonomous workflow systems.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Readiness, Hyper-personalization) and define integration strategies.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to scalable, future-proof cloud architectures.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of 2026 initiatives.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align operational goals with business objectives.
- Drive a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence within the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Operations Management, Strategy, or Enterprise Architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in planning for and implementing future-tech trends, specifically AI and automation.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Predictive Analytics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of delivering results in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Experience managing large-scale budgets and resources.
- Masterβs degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is highly preferred.
