Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions (Web4.0, biocomputing) and recommend adoption strategies
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation and digital sovereignty
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through investor partnerships and grant applications
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with 5+ in futurism or emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or sustainable infrastructure
- Proven track record of launching commercialized future-tech products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Rust preferred)
- Active speaker at global tech summits (CES, Web Summit)
