Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026-2030 horizon
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI ethics, bio-integrated systems) and assess business impact
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align strategic initiatives with organizational goals
- Produce foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Partner with product teams to incubate next-generation innovation projects
- Represent company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology analysis and trend forecasting
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI ethics, or sustainable tech systems
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Strategy preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
