Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent research experience
- Published work in Nature/Science on quantum/AI breakthroughs
- 10+ years leading large-scale tech innovation projects
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, bio-AI, etc.)
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Deep understanding of tech policy and regulatory landscapes
