- Produce actionable whitepapers and executive briefings on disruptive market forces
- Design resilience protocols for systemic risks including climate volatility and geopolitical shifts
- Establish innovation pipelines for next-generation products and services
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry conferences
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for C-level stakeholder engagement
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
