Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI) and their 2026 market implications
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare organizations for disruptive futures
- Author thought leadership reports and predictive models for C-level decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into innovation pipelines
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes affecting long-term business strategy
- Mentor junior futurists and establish industry benchmarks for trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for global enterprises
- Expertise in futures research methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, cross-impact analysis)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their disruptive potential
- Published thought leadership in reputable business/tech publications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Research preferred
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term transformation initiatives
