Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and socio-economic trends to forecast industry landscapes through 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks and scenario plans for clients across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and innovation priorities
- Produce high-impact reports and visualizations translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Represent Horizon Insights at global conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic impact
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) or equivalent
