Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessment for emerging technologies
- Present insights to executive teams and stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight into innovation pipelines
- Author thought leadership publications on future-facing topics
- Manage a cross-functional futurist task force
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience with trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Track record of implementing strategic foresight in organizations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
