Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive foresight research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps that align long-term innovation with business objectives and market disruption
- Conduct scenario planning workshops for executive leadership to stress-test future business models
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future trends into product development priorities and investment decisions
- Author high-impact thought leadership publications and internal strategy documents
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-oriented thinking and innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Strong analytical frameworks for trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., CFIP) or strategic innovation management
