Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development cycles
- Produce trend reports and innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging market disruptions
- Design and execute horizon-scanning methodologies using AI-powered tools
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, trend analysis, or corporate foresight
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proficiency with AI trend analysis tools (e.g., GPT-4, TrendHunter Pro)
- Published thought leadership in future technologies or innovation
- Experience working with Fortune 500 clients on transformation projects
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS)
