- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026-2030 market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with C-suite executives and R&D teams
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive market simulations
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for portfolio integration opportunities
- Design and implement horizon scanning methodologies for competitive advantage
- Collaborate with venture capital partners to scout breakthrough startups
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their socioeconomic implications
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Proven track record of influencing executive decision-making through foresight
- Strong network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
