Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, Web3) and translate findings into strategic initiatives
- Drive innovation through cross-functional collaboration between R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech pioneers, research labs, and academic institutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology forecasting to maintain market leadership
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech leadership roles
- Proven track record in developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable technology ecosystems
- Experience with scenario planning and future forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
