Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and evaluating emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruptions and recommend mitigation/opportunity strategies
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption impact and ROI for future-focused initiatives
- Represent Innovatech at industry forums and thought leadership platforms to shape 2026 technology narratives
- Mentor senior engineers and product leads on future-tech integration methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with proven 5+ year horizon planning
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, or neurotech integration
- Track record of launching future-oriented products with $50M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research or patents in technology forecasting or disruptive innovation
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, labs, academic institutions)
