- Present strategic frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation maturity
- Represent the company at global tech summits and policy forums
- Mentor a team of 5+ technology futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record in scaling tech initiatives to $100M+ impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, bioinformatics, neuromorphic computing)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature Futures, or equivalent
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and technology forecasting methodologies
- Experience securing federal innovation grants (SBIR, DARPA, etc.)
- Fluency in strategic frameworks like Toffler's Future Shock and Porter's Five Forces
