Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead research initiatives on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AR/VR, advanced AI)
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate strategic tech visions into corporate planning
- Manage cross-functional innovation labs and pilot programs
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with compelling data visualizations
- Build and maintain partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or sustainable tech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
