- Architect and execute 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead market research and competitive analysis for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Develop strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget allocation for future-focused initiatives
- Mentor cross-functional teams on technology adoption and implementation

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with tech focus

- Experience presenting to C-suite and boards of directors
