- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market forecasts and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives bridging R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI of futuristic solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their implications for our industry
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Mentor junior talent in future-focused technology practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating them into business value
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Experience building and scaling tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder management
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., Google AI, AWS Machine Learning) a plus
