- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in sustainable tech and biocomputing
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, decentralized networks)
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budgets through stakeholder presentations
- Patent minimum 3 breakthrough technologies annually
- Mentor AI ethics committees and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Present at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES Future Stage)
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in future-tech forecasting
- PhD in Computer Science or related field with quantum computing focus
- Proven track record scaling R&D teams (50+ engineers)
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI or quantum systems
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST)
- Board-level experience with Fortune 500 tech committees
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global partnerships
