Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI ethics, neural interfaces, and climate-positive tech
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum research institutions and Silicon Valley innovators
- Develop predictive analytics models for emerging tech adoption and disruption scenarios
- Chair the Future Technology Council shaping industry standards for human-AI coexistence
- Mentor fellows in our Quantum-AI Accelerator program
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board on tech paradigm shifts
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in quantum/AI leadership roles
- Proven track record of scaling enterprise-level digital transformations
- Deep expertise in exponential technology forecasting (Gartner/MIT Nexus required)
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent innovation credentials
- Published research in Nature/Science on human-machine interfaces or quantum applications
- Fluency in strategic scenario planning using Monte Carlo simulations
- Experience securing $50M+ R&D budgets for emerging tech initiatives
