- Develop strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry consortia to accelerate innovation adoption
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members

- Analyze competitive landscapes and regulatory impacts on future technology adoption
- Mentor technology teams in future-proofing methodologies and adaptive innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or Business with focus on innovation strategy
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or future-focused product development
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and market trend analysis
- Exceptional executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures scenarios
- Certification in innovation management or futures studies (preferred)
- Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, or energy) highly valued
