As a key member of our Innovation Division, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop roadmaps that anticipate market shifts and regulatory frameworks. You'll lead initiatives in quantum computing applications, decentralized systems, and climate-resilient infrastructure, ensuring our solutions align with both ethical imperatives and commercial viability.
Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year technology roadmaps for emerging domains including quantum AI and neuro-interface systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in sustainability and digital transformation
- Analyze geopolitical and regulatory trends impacting 2026 technology adoption landscapes
- Develop frameworks for ethical AI governance and human-centric design principles
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout and integrate breakthrough startups
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or climate tech
- Proven track record developing future-proof technology roadmaps
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or similar tier journals
- Experience with regulatory sandboxes and policy advocacy
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning
