Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and implementing next-gen solutions
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain) for commercial viability
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive solutions in Fortune 500 environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- Certifications in technology foresight (e.g., Gartner, Forrester) or agile methodologies
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and venture capital firms
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Fluency in strategic planning frameworks (SWOT, PESTLE, Porter's Five Forces)
